 The Council invites accredited representatives of the media, both print and broadcast, to apply for a registration fee waiver.
Press registration waivers include attendance to all conference events open to general attendees, except for the Awards Banquet on Thursday, June 2nd, which requires an advanced ticket purchase.
Press registration packets are not mailed in advance. All conference materials, including name badge, must be picked up onsite at the registration desk. Name badges must be worn at all times to ensure access to events.
Advance program information is available online via the conference website.
Press may register onsite, on a space available basis.
Press requesting access or additional information regarding the awards banquet on Thursday, June 2nd, including the presentation of the $1 million Gates Award for Global Health and the Jonathan Mann Award for Health and Human Rights, should contact Terry Fisher, Awards Coordinator via e-mail at tfisher@globalhealth.org.

Accreditation Requirements
A photocopy of your official press credentials or a letter verifying assignment to the conference on the official stationery of the media organization for which you work must accompany the registration fee waiver form.
Freelance journalists wishing to apply for a fee waiver must submit copies of three (3) by-lined articles in addition to an official letter of assignment. Newsletter writers and editors must submit three (3) issues of their newsletter containing at least one by-lined article by the applicant.
Credentials will be verified by the Conference staff.
