The Council is seeking two types of abstracts this year:
  • Theme-related
  • Key health issue-related
Theme-Related Abstracts
For information on this year’s conference theme, click here.

Key Health Issue-Related Abstracts
One of the keys to strengthening health systems, alleviating the burden of disease and fostering health equity among the world’s two billion poorest citizens is to learn and share the latest findings related to new and innovative programs and policies in the key health issues of global health and to share these latest findings with program implementers and policy-makers.

Among these key health issues are:

Women’s Health

Child Health and Survival

HIV/AIDS

TB, Malaria and Other Infectious Diseases

Emerging Issues
In all submissions, the Council seeks abstracts that demonstrate best practices with measurable results, evidence-based policies, and the latest findings on the cutting edge of research. If concrete, final results are not yet available, preliminary results must be outlined. We also seek lessons learned from programs and projects that worked as well as those that did not work out quite as anticipated.
