GHC represents more than 4,500 organization and individual members. Organizational members are comprised of non-governmental and private sector organizations. GHC is honored to partner with and support these organizational members, spread among 39 countries and 28 states within the United States.
NGOs comprise the core membership of the GHC and serve to raise awareness and funding for global health issues. NGOs drive the agenda for global health and will thus are the main constituency driving the GHC scope of work. Each NGO member will receive two complimentary full-access memberships; all others will be required to pay for individual memberships. Additionally, the organization will pay a reduced fee to access and post jobs on the Global Health job board.
NGO membership will receive the following benefits:
- Convening opportunities such as monthly working group meetings, an annual CEO global health summit, roundtables and webinars.
- Communications platform, user generated content, social media engagement and strategic alliances.
- Constituency engagement through calls to action including: in-person meetings on the Hill, advocacy briefs, GHC Delegation to the World Health Assembly (WHA), Washington Global Health Alliance (WGHA) Traveling Health Exhibit.
The dues structure for organizational members is based on the publicly available revenue of the applying NGO.
