The Global Plan to Stop TB
A 10-Year Road Map
 On Jan. 27, the Stop TB Partnership launched the Global Plan to Stop TB, a 10-year roadmap leading toward the goal of cutting TB mortality and prevalence in half. The Global Plan was created by the members of the Stop TB Partnership, a network of more than 400 organizations dedicated to eliminating the disease as a major public health issue. Participants at the Global Health Council event provided their perspectives on each organization's contributions to attaining the goals of the Global Plan, including the development of new tools to diagnose, treat and prevent TB, and the development of novel public health strategies to reduce TB in populations with high HIV prevalence.
