The Global Health Council is excited to announce that Dr. Sanjay Gupta, CNN’s Chief Medical Correspondent for the health and medical unit, will be Emcee for the 2007 Global Health Awards Banquet on Thursday, May 31, 2007. This engaging neurosurgeon, journalist and global health crusader will join the Council in celebrating some of the luminaries in the struggle for improving global health for the world’s poorest people.
